My job at RingCentral is the Custom Engineering team as Senior VoIP Architect my responsibility is working for current and future RingCentral customers to design, implement and support proof of concept designs.

The day-to-day challenge is the designing solutions and to solve interconnecting legacy PBX platforms, customer applications to/into the RingCentral’s cloud architecture. This would include native SIP trunking, direct connectivity, or gateway solutions utilising legacy TDM interfaces.

The custom engineering team provides sophisticated technical support for issues related to the custom engineered solutions that are raised from the network and systems operations teams.
